BCS inspectors
are fully certified by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).
Although some
states require licensing for this service, Virginia does not. This is
one reason real estate and financial professionals only advise the
use of qualified ASHI members.
ASHI members
must follow an established Standards of Practice, pass a rigorously
controlled examination, and perform a minimum of 250 fee-paid inspections.
